You may return or exchange the Product in an unworn condition with the packaging intact not later than seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the order if the Product does not fit you or for any other reason that you may describe while making a request for a return of the Product. If the product is returned after seven (7) days which is Ortho + Rest standard return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, Ortho + Rest will be unable to honour a refund for the merchandise. No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 7 days from the time of delivery of the Product.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
